                                                      EULA of Software Update App.


This End User License Agreement is a legal contract between you user and Vortex Prime Company governing your use of the Software Update application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not download, install, or use the App.


1. Grant of License


Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:


Download and install the App on a compatible Android device that you own or control.


Use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes only.


You may NOT:


Distribute, share, rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party.


Install the App on devices you do not own or control.


2. License Restrictions


You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:


Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App.


Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.


Attempt to extract the source code or any underlying ideas of the App.


Remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or labels in the App.


Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates applicable laws.


Use the App in a way that may harm, disable, or overburden our servers or interfere with other users’ access.


3. Ownership and Intellectual Property


The App, including all intellectual property rights, trademarks, designs, and content, remains the sole property of Vortex Prime. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us.


4. Updates and Modifications


We may, from time to time, provide updates, patches, bug fixes, or enhancements to the App. These updates may modify or remove certain features.


We are not obligated to provide updates.


Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.


5. Functionality and Limitations


The App provides update notifications and information only.


The App does NOT automatically update your apps or operating system.


All updates must be performed manually through Google Play Store or the official sources of the app developer.


We do not guarantee that update information provided is always accurate or up to date.


6. Permissions and Access


The App may require the following permissions for core functionality:


Usage Access: To monitor installed applications and their usage details.


Installed Apps Access: To identify and display apps that require updates.


Internet Access: To fetch update details and show advertisements.

We do not guarantee improved performance after updates or removal of apps.


You use the App at your own risk.


9. Advertisements and In-App Purchases


The App may display third-party advertisements. By using the App, you agree to receive such ads.


We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for any transactions, losses, or damages caused by them.


The App may offer in-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features. All payments are processed through Google Play.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties


The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, express or implied.


We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App.


We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.


We do not assume responsibility for any damage, loss of data, or performance issues resulting from updates or uninstallations.


11. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law:


We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.


We are not responsible for any errors, bugs, delays, or failures caused by third-party apps, networks, or services.


12. Third-Party Services


The App may provide links to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play Store). We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, services, or policies.


13. Termination


We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App without prior notice if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using and uninstall the App.


14. Governing Law


This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


15. Entire Agreement


This EULA, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Vortex Prime regarding the App.
